  1. The Loyalty Cards are issued by and remain the property of First Fiddle Restaurants which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
    • (a) terminate the scheme;
    • (b) decline to issue Loyalty Cards;
    • (c) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel Cards, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the First Fiddle Restaurants Loyalty scheme.

      Reasonable grounds include:
    • (i) Any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or
    • (ii) any use or attempted use of Cards in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or
    • (iii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the scheme.
  2. The card is only valid in the presence of the card holder.
  3. The card should be presented at the time of placing the order.
  4. A valid ID proof is to be presented when using the Loyalty Card.
  5. The card discount is not applicable on 14th February, 24th, 25th and 31st December.
  6. The card offers cannot be clubbed with other offers in the restaurant.
  7. The card is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  8. The card discount is valid on regular price menu only.
  9. The card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  10. The discount is applicable on total bill only, excluding taxes. Due to the nature of our loyalty program, service charge is mandatory on card discount and cannot be waived off from the bill.
  11. In case of loss of card, First Fiddle will not be liable and a new purchase will have to be made instead.
  12. Right to admission is reserved with the restaurant.
  13. The Card at all times remains our property and must be used by you only for the purposes contemplated by these terms and conditions and in the manner directed by us.
  14. For Silver Card members - If the number of members on your visit is more than 6 ,then only a 10% discount is applicable.
  15. For Gold Card members - If the number of members on your visit is more than 8 , then only a 10% discount is applicable.


  • What is a Loyalty Card?

    A loyalty card program is an incentive plan that allows a retail business to gather data about its customers. Customers are offered product discounts, coupons, points toward merchandise or some other reward in exchange for their voluntary participation in the program.

  • Is there a point system in the card?

    No, there is no point system in the card. It can be used only through unique number mentioned on the card.

  • Where can i buy the Loyalty Card?

    You can purchase the 'Loyalty Card' from our Restaurants (subject to availability).
    You can also order the card online via Facebook or Website.

  • Can the offers and discounts be clubbed?

    No, the discounts and offers cannot be clubbed.The card discount is applicable only on regular price menu.

  • Where can I use my loyalty card?

    Your loyalty card is accepted at all participating First Fiddle Restaurants. To find the current list of participating locations, please scroll up or see brochure provided with the card.

  • How many times I can use the card?

    The card can be used multiple times till validity of the card.

  • Can our friends/relatives use the card without our presence?

    No. The card is only valid in the presence of the Card holder.

  • Can I upgrade my card?

    No, you cannot. If you have a Silver card then you need to separately buy the Gold card and return the former to us.

  • I lost my loyalty card, how do I get a new one?

    In case of loss of card , First Fiddle will not be liable and a new purchase will have to be made instead.

  • Can I add a member of my household to my loyalty program?

    Our program is intended for individual use only. Only one membership card will be issued per account and that person can use it.

  • What should I know about the Loyalty Card?

    The Loyalty card is issued by First Fiddle Restaurants and is not valid until activated by us. May be used multiple times until the Expiry,is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred to another individual, cannot be replaced, if lost, stolen or damaged - will be void if altered or defaced.

  • What am I agreeing to by joining the program?

    By joining the Program, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Program terms and by any changes or modifications we may make to those Program terms and conditions. You also agree to receive program-related emails from us and our partners.

  • How will you use the information I provide through the Program?

    The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program is subject to our PRIVACY POLICY.

  • Can the program be Modified or Terminated?

    Yes. First Fiddle may, in its discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Program, the Program Terms, or any aspect or feature of the Program, at any time without prior notice.
